RHSFS offers a full line of benefits to our employees.

Vacation, Sick, Personal & Holidays:
  • Vacation: New full-time employees accrue 2 weeks per year. Available for use after 3 months of employment.
  • Sick: Sick time accrual is available for immediate use. New employees accrue two weeks per year. An employee pool is available for extreme cases of need, subject to guidelines.
  • Personal: Each employee automatically receives 4-16 hours of personal time at the time of hire. Employees receive 16 hours of personal time per year.
  • Holidays: Employees receive up to nine paid holidays per year, determined by work schedule.
Health Insurance & Dental Insurance:
  • Available to all regular employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week.
  • Employees eligible after three (3) month waiting period
  • Yearly open enrollment
  • Agency pays 85% of the 'Employee Only' Plan, employee is responsible for the remaining 15%. Employee pays 100% of premiums for dependents for health insurance, and employee pays 100% of the monthly premiums for dental insurance
Life Insurance:
    Base Life Insurance
  • All employees eligible upon date of hire.
  • Term life in the amount equal to 1 times the employee's annual salary rounded to the next highest thousand.
  • Agency pays 100% of premiums

  • Voluntary (Supplemental) Life Insurance
  • Available to all regular employees working an average of 30 or more hours per week.
  • Employees eligible after three (3) month waiting period.
  • Employee pays premiums. Term life up to 3X employee's annual salary. Spouse can be covered up to 50% of what employee carries, in increments of $10,000. Children's coverage can be at $2K, $4K, $6K, $8K, or $10K. Additional levels can be purchased upon approval of the insurance provider.
401K Plan:
  • Available to all employees after the first year of service in which they work at least 1,000 hours, thereafter participation is continued when worked at least 500 hours.
  • Employees 100% vested upon enrollment.
  • Agency contributes a percentage of gross wages.
Tuition Reimbursement:
  • Available based on funding and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
