Transitions Counseling offers solutions through a tailored treatment plan to meet your particular needs. Through individual or family sessions that focus on assessments, therapy, advocacy and/or referral, we work together to create a plan to manage and resolves life's problems.

We accept most insurance plans and offer a sliding-fee scale thanks to a grant from the United Way.

Evening appointments are available. We are located at the corner of College Ave. (IL-140) and Professional Drive in Alton, Illinois, East of St. Louis, Missouri.

Transitions Counseling is the Madison County provider of the popular and effective Kids in the Middle program for children of divorce.
